Big problem!!!

removed the sound card...booted the machine...turned off the machine...put sound card back in...booted the machine...hung up, so hit reset button...started beeping continuously like there was no RAM...HAVE NOT MESSED WITH THE RAM!...tried 3 different video cards because there was no imput into the monitor...tried different monitors...different cables...NOTHING HAS WORKED...did we totally fry the machine???!!! HELP!!!!!!

reattach all cables into the motherboard...

pop the battery off the motherboard, and move the jumper next to the battery to the next setting over. let it sit like that for 15 seconds, then move the jumper back to where it was and put the battery back in.

Sorry if this has already been said (or is to stupid on my part). Could it be that you accidently removed or bumped the video card during the extraction? The computer will beep if the post doesn't see the video.. Try reseating the video card again.
