Big Problem NTSC/PAL

I buyed new sony vaio vgc-lt38e from USA witch has NTSC TV tuner inside, but i live in Macedonia witch is PAL country... so i cant get nice picture from cable provider. Any1 have some idea what can i do??? PLS HELP :(

You are going to have to get a PAL TV. You cannot convert the NTSC tuner to PAL without some extensive modifications which would not be practical. A skilled engineer may be able to replace the NTSC tuner with a PAL tuner but it wouldn't be a cheap solution.
The only NTSC to PAL conversion that is possible is with recorded media like tapes or DVDs.

The built-in NTSC/ATSC tuner is not usable in any country which uses the PAL standard. NTSC and PAL have basically different frame sizes and rates, there is nothing which can convert between the two in real time that doesn't cost many thousands of dollars. But, you can buy an external PAL tuner which will plug into one of your USB ports and enable you to get a good picture from your cable provider. You will have to research online to determine just what you need (make sure it works in Vista, etc.), but it looks like you could find something for $60-100 USD. Search for USB + tv tuner + PAL.
