Hi all,
I have a new mobo, but i'm a bit confused.. When i removed it from the anti-static bag and watched the back of the board, there was a big, blue foam-like sticker pasted on the back of the board... It was placed where the ram-slots are on the other side..
So i didn't knew if i had to remove it or not.. manual said nothing about it... Also, on the sticker there wasn't any clue of what to do with it, it didn't say "Do NOT remove this sticker" but it also didn't say something like "REMOVE BEFORE USE" There were some words about a cooling solution, so i left it on and put the board in my case...
My mobo is a Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe
So what did you other A8N32-SLI users do with this foam-like sticker??

It won't do any hard to leave it on, as long as it doesn't interfere with where the mboard is mounted - if it does, you only need to remove a bit where the mount is. On the other hand I can't think of any reason you couldn't remove it.

Perhaps it was applied to the motherboards(s) to limit transportation shock while being shipped????

it is possible that it is under the mem slots so when you put them in you wont ground out the m bd when pushing them in
