I got an ATI 9800 Pro 128MB from Fry's Outpost for $130 in May. If you can find a better card for $130, buy it!

If you're gonna stick with that Celeron, there's no point in getting anything too powerful...your weak CPU will hold it back. Another thing you need to know is higher end video cards like the 9800 Pro MUST be connected to the power supply, so if your PSU isn't powerful enough, you'll have problems.
