Specs: Windows 7
which is the best graphic card for under 450-460 euro or 620-630 us dollars.Should i choose ati or nvidia?Which brand last longer?

Both ATI and Nvidea are good. As there are no mechanical parts except a fan which can be replaced, they will last as long as you need them.

The deciding factor is what you want to do with it. If it is gaming then it is the best you can afford.

I don't know why you would want to waste that much money on a video card, but that's your business. Make sure you have a high end i7 CPU (a slow CPU will bottleneck the card), at least 8GB RAM, & a top quality power supply of at least 750W (high end cards consume as much as 250W) or you'll just be wasting your money.

Processor: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5Ghz Box
PSU: Tacens Radix VI 850W
