Not really important but I was just wondering what is the BEST MoBo out right now and how much would it be? And If I bought it could I just move my p4 chip and ram and everything to it?

Not a real important question just kinda wondering and cant think of better place to ask then here. :) thanks

Why buy the best MOBO and use old products that don't make the best use of the technology?

Kinda like stuffing a 2.5 litre V6 engine into a BMW 7 series!

As such the 'best available' MOBO probably won't like the 'OLD RAM' as the newer ones want DDRAM vs SDRAM.

The 2.4GHz chip doesn't have features that new MOBOs support.

The NEW MOBO have 8X AGP and you probably have only a 4X AGP Card.

Get the drift? Get a good P4 MOBO that is totally compatible with all your current components, or save a little longer and get a new CPU and RAM as well.

THere isn't an 'exact' answer.

Each motherboard has its merits, depending upon the use for which you have in mind.

Look at all the MOBO reviews and see if you can get an idea of what is best for you.
