Can Any help me with which motherboard is Best Performance wise under 100$ USD? I was thinking of XFX nForce 630i whc is around 90$. I'm not much of a Gamer, im more of a Programmer.

Have a look at the link below. May help you decide. Pick a chipset series then shop for a baord based on that chipset.

Same goes for Intel chipsets. You probably need to determine what processor you want first.

Do you actually want integrated graphics? If not, look for a board based on the P35 or P45 chipset.
