Best Free HD degragmenter

Hi,
I got windows xp with SP2. The inbuilt disk degragmenter is not doing a good job. I have 17% free disk space, and each time I click on "analyze" it says "you should defragment this drive", but it completes the defragment in less than 1 min, and I can see that the drive is obviously very partitioned.

I would like you guys to recommend me a free defragment tool available on the net that is better than the one included in XP.

Yep, blackbill's reference above to
Diskeeper Lite 7.0 Build 418 is the best
free defrag utility out there.

Even better is v9.0, but you have to pay for
long-term use of that one.
