I've been reading all the crap I can, and I want to hear some opinions on the best cooling (not water) for p4 2.8 w/ ATI AIW 9800 pro, as I want to oc the cpu and the vcard.

I recently oc'd my MF7-M (onboard vid), and barton 2500+ to 2.21 Ghz, although the onboard vid is holding me back, and I'm very pleased with the performance change. However, the noise is not pleasing. I went with the vantec aeroflow, which isn't too bad, but I used the thermaltake spirit extreme for the northbridge, and it's an extremely good cooler from what I can tell, but louder then my washing machine :P

I want to go quite, but not silent. Just realistic. I'm hoping to hit 3.3G range for the 2.8 p4. I'm pretty sure my best bet for the AIW 9800 pro is the Arctic cooling VGa silencer rev 3, but I want to know what hsf I should get for the cpu and northbridge. I was thinking:

CNPS7000A-Cu *COPPER* Universal Heatsink - Zalman for the cpu and:

MCX159-P *P4* Chipset Cooler - Swiftech
for the chipset, although it's pricey, anthing cheaper that would suit my needs?
