Comment: Do i need speakers to hear beep codes? BEcause i put in the front panel stereo wire in the mobo but even if i remove the ram i still dont hear a beep code.

Reply: (edit)Beep codes usually come from a tiny Peso speaker attached to the motherboard. Check your manual to see where the header is located Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him to fish and his wife will never forgive you.

Reply: (edit)Go to the other forum you posted this question in and read the answer I gave you there. You do not connect the sound systen speakers to the system spkr output on the mobo control panel header. It's unrelated. You need to look on the front wall of the case on the inside, right close the the power button and indicator leds. Black, round, red and black wires comming out of it. And like I said there it's a polarity sensitive device. If plugged in backwards it doesn't work. If this is connected and connected properly then it just plain and simple may be bad. Rare but it happens. Get another one and test it. I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid...
