I was trying to hook up a cellphone by way of USB to a computer. Once it was plugged in the computer reset and went to boot up but stopped at a black screen and it says BBS POPUP, now I unplugged the phone from the computer and reset the computer but the same thing. I even went as far as pulling the cmos battery out for along time and when I put it back in it says the same thing. Do I need a new motherboard or what you guys think?
