battery won't charge

i have bought a ECS (assembled) laptop three weeks ago , the laptop works fine , i leaved it off fot about 25 days (the battery is charged at 43%). when i turned on it i have connected the ac adaptor but the battery won't charge!!!, it shows me that the charge is at the 43&, so i have de-charged it completely and connected fot 1 night to the ac adpter. but when i have re-turned on the pc the battery was not chrged!!!.windows shows me that the battery is in charging but it not charge. the computer work with the ac adapter connected but not charges the battery!!!!. Why??? help me!!! tanx

Sounds like the charging circuit in the laptop died.

or maybe the battery died... I suppose the laptop is still under waranty, USE it now it's still possible. usually the battery has only 3 months waranty (usually overlooked and discovered when it's too late... happened to my brother!)
