My laptop is Dell Inspiron 1501. I have been using this laptop for almost a year no. Whenever I boot the computer a warning message shows up stating 'windows cannot identify the battery and therefore cannot charge'. But when plugged in the battery keeps on charging fine. When not plugged in it still works fine on battery power. Please advise.
