Are those your current specs? What seems to be the problem with that setup?

Gaming laptops/notebooks aren't cheap...you should figure at least $1500

PCI-E isn't necessarily faster, but since graphics manufacturers are moving away from AGP, higher end AGP cards are dwindling...plus they're more expensive than their PCI-E counterparts. For instance, the X1950GT PCI-E sells for about $120, but the AGP version is about $160. There's little or no performance difference between them though.

IMO, SLi & Crossfire setups are a complete waste of money. If that's what you're looking to get into, you'll need a new board, new CPU, 2GB DDR2 RAM, two PCI-E video cards, a PSU capable of handling the load, & you'll probably wanna go with Windows Vista.

Simply using a new bus doesn't mean your rig will be faster. In the case of PCIe x 16 graphicss slots the POTENTIAL for faster graphics than are possible with AGP is there. That is not to say the actual cards being manufactured are any faster. PCIe graphics cards are all over the performance spectrum. SLI basically does nothing for you at the present time because no games are coded to take advantage of the two cards. Waste of cash.
No PC is 1000x faster than your present rig.
Remember this, game producers need to design thier products to work acceptable well with hardware that is at least on or two generations behind the cutting edge.
Finally, to compare any laptop to an ultimate gaming desktop is comparing apples to oranges. The laptop is going to cost more and the performance will be lower. If you NEED a laptop and you are a gamer, by all means buy one. Otherwise stay with desktops.

The AGEIA PhysX card isn't worth it either.

I don't see your motherboard listed anywhere. If it's VIA based or worse yet, SiS based, there's a big part of your problem. And if your CPU is the 533FSB version rather than the 800FSB version, there's another problem. Plus being a P4, it's not the most desireable gaming CPU.

Otherwise, your system more than meets the requirements for GRAW:
