Just started having monitor issues. First my monitor wouldn't even power on, figured it was bad and bought a new one. I hooked up the new one and the display will only stay on for 2 seconds at a time. If I power it off and on it will stay on for 2 more. Each time it's on the regular Windows screen is up but also the monitor resolution menu (don't know if that's pertinent). I adjusted the resolution to the recommeded perameters without a change. I would appreciate any help.
