Bad memory?

Could memory go bad all of a sudden? Could you over use it? The problem started a couple days ago. I do alot of video processing, all of a sudden the program I was using would freeze up. Thanks.

Yeah, I've had memory go bad before after a power cut. Your problem could be a registry problem or an overheating CPU perhaps.

If memory goes bad, just like a lightbulb: it happens with little or no warning.
