Not at all clear what you are saying:

Text fuzzy?
Small lettering?
Mouse backwards - do you mean right and left buttons are reversed?

Is it ALL of these?

Are you saying that all screens are flipped horizontal (like a mirror)?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

You could see if anything is available in your Display settings. On a Dell this does it:

If it is upside down too then it is possible to rotate it 180 degrees.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Did this suddenly start happening - if so what were you doing beforehand?

Did you try my link in #3?

If you get a tech in he should be able to diagnose the problem (they usually prefer to).

Probably the best way. I can only assume that condensation caused something to short on the motherboard on or near the graphics card. An unusual fault.
