back-up from NFTS to FAT32

I bought an 80 Iomega External HD, so I could back up my systems. However, the Iomega is FAT32 and the internal is NFTS

Doesn't matter. The file system is irrelevant. Data can be transferred back and forth between FAT32 and NTFS. Try it.
