Without warning sudenly came the question of pw in the screen. I have tried all my known pw. I have the bill. No theft what soever. All known pw on internet does not work. After 3 times I get code 09822 system disabled. Thanks for helping
I have the bill. No theft what soever Then you will have no problems getting password hotfix directly from the manufacturer (Acer). Just call them.

Thanks for your reply, but I was told that we must send the
computer to them. So we cannot use it for 2 weeks. Also I hoped
that there was an easer way.
if you discharge the cmos by removing the battery for a few seconds then replace it back would clear any bios password.
