Hi, I am having Avaya phone model no 4610 swip and automatically its going to mute and no one can listen our voice i am unable to do any conference calls
please advice
You might be pressing the "mute" button without realising it. Read the instruction manual or download it from the manufacturer's website here (PDF document):
