okay, perhaps the drivers wasn't the problem, because it's still not working. it is reading it, and i do have the volume up. there is a reciever for all the signals from the speaker, but i believe it is working. can anyone help?

a follow, i researched the brand, and name of speakers (they aren't mine, but instead a friend i'm trying to help), they are Cyber Acoustics CA-4400 45 watts 4.1 Speaker , i followed the troubleshooting guide, but it still didn't fix the problem.
