|Your problem is caused by the fact that Windows 7 is not officially supported on that PC model as you have probably already discovered on the driver page which the previous poster provided a link to.|
There's a chance that the audio driver for Windows Vista will work so try that, but don't bother trying Windows XP driver or Windows 2000 driver because they definitely won't work on Windows 7.
You should have checked that driver page before putting Windows 7 on your PC.
If the audio driver for Vista doesn't work you have three options:
a) Re-install a supported Windows version ie XP, Win2K or Vista.
b) Buy a set of USB speakers which have their own built-in sound card.
c) Use Google to search for an audio driver that works (that could take you days or even weeks with perhaps no luck after you've spent hours searching).
