Audio device not working

I formatted my computer and found out my audio device doesnt work. It wont be detected by my computer, even when I switched speakers.

My sound card is integrated into my computer
My motherboard is GA-8VT800P.
What am i supposed to do? I dont know what to update.

need the model number of your laptop. Go here and look for you driver.

My serial number is 9000058

Why is mine 7 digits?? Isnt it suposed to be six??

Still need help.
