I am sorry, I know this is a computer forum, but I was wondering, I have a both a Computer Monitor and a TV which are CRT, (Have a tube) and I was wondering if anything like static electricity or any other interference will potential damage my Audio CD’s, if I have them to close to these appliances?

Thank you, your help it is appreciated

I don't think that there should be any problem. Don't worry about it.

CD's aren't magnetic, but floppies are so keep those away from magnetic fields (ie: speakers...)

It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice...

Any constant heat or warmth may damage them, though.

Also, keep them out of the sunlight. Storage in a dark cabinet is best.
