ATI Radeon Sapphire 5850 Dual Monitor Problem

Specs: Windows 7
I'm having a problem setting up my new dual monitor setup. Here are my specs:
- ASUS P6T Motherboard
- ATI Radeon Sapphire 5850 (2 DVI, 1 HDMI, & one of those Display Ports or whatever they are)
- Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit

^ If you need any more let me know.

Monitors I'm working with:
- ASUS VS228
- ASUS VH226

Both are 22" monitors. They both have a VGA, DVI, and HDMI plug in option.

Cords I have to work with:
- 2 DVI to DVI
- 1 HDMI to HDMI
- 1 DVI to HDMI

Now before I go any further:
1. ALL drivers, windows updates, etc. are all fully installed. Nothing on my PC is out of date.
2. I have tried all combinations of the cords and monitors I have. Using only one and both monitors at a time.
3. Yes, my power cords are always plugged in.

Anyway, I'm trying to set up a vertical dual monitor setup. I want the VS228 as my main, and the VH226 as my secondary. Now I'm having some trouble figuring out why it's not working. Whenever I have it set up so both are running off of the DVI ports only the primary works. The secondary won't recognize in Windows or anything, the monitor power button just turns orange and goes idle. I have also tried using the HDMI slot for my primary monitor, and the primary DVI port with the secondary monitor. When I used that combination both of the monitors were recognized by Windows, power buttons at blue, could mess with the settings, etc. But the monitor being used with the HDMI port would only have a black screen. I could move my mouse up there and grab windows when I actually found one haha. So I have narrowed it down to 2 possible problems.

A. Unfortunately, I think my secondary DVI port may be broken on my Graphics Card.

B. When using the HDMI and DVI setup some setting is wrong that I can't quite figure out. Not really sure what to mess with for that to work.

I know that my VS228 is 1080P capable, and I don't think my VH226 is.

Have you run thru the config in the Cat Control Center?

I am unaware of anything I can run through CCC. CCC only detects the monitor when I run the HDMI and DVI setup, and it shows a black screen.

Last time I set up dual monitors with a different monitor, it worked right away with no configuration needing to be done.

Where is the run config option for CCC?

Try CCC > Desktop Management > Creating and Arranging Desktops
