I Have an SAPPHIRE ATI 9600XT with 256MB.
I have a S-Video to RCA adapter connected to my TV. That work fine for a time. Them, some times, the video card no recognize the TV connected, I disconnect and connect the cable on the TV and work again. For some reason, after a days the connection doesn't work any more. Y try to change the cable and no work anymore, try to reinstall the driver, Catalyst and Omega (actually installed) and nothing. Try to use "Force Detection", but when apply the "extend desktop" option it is unchecked. The TV IN connector work fine, because I connect here the camcorder and work.
I don't know if the video card has some problem on the S-Video Output.
