hi
ive got an ati raedon pci 32sdr vid card and i put it into my old pc. I plugged a svideo cable into the vid card to the tv. When i use the clone option on the pc, it works fine but its black/white. Windows detects my tv as an Ntsc tv but its a pal one. Theres a help file with the ati card but it isnt much help because the menus to change it to pal/ntsc arent there. All i know is that my cousin brought the card over from the US. Anyone know what i can do?

i dont see any options to change it to composite and my tv doesnt use the scart thingy.
