athlon xp 1900+ fsb

the default settings are usually 100 for the fsb, u will have to check the bios to see where your's is set, new mb's are usually set to auto detect the cpu speed and auto set the fsb and multipliers to accomodate the correct cpu speed. the xp 1900+ runs at 1532 mhz i believe, so i may have to change fsb and clock multiplier to get that.

I just plugging in my athlon xp 1600+. It booted up at 1050Mhz (10.5 x 100FSB). And that's what the boot screen "read". When I changed the FSB to 133Mhz in the BIOS and rebooted, the readout then changed to "Athlon XP 1600".
