I guess that makes the assumption that the company has a good name to begin with. You would be hard pressed to have me sit in a jury to agree with that.

I'd love someone to take some of these companies to court for false advertising.
Who in hell says they have the best service? The most reliable? The most choice? The least down time?
If the FCC and FTC want to go after someone, maybe they should go after some of these companies.
