|I suggest trying to turn on your PC without your battery. (make sure it's plugged in).|
Try the following:
-As soon as you press power button, can you see the Logo of your manufacturer? Can you press F2 / F10 / F9 to access BIOS settings? -If you have reset and still the problem continues, please take note of what kind of beeping sound it makes. See here for BIOS beeping patterns: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/nonwo...
-If the logo does not appear,check the RAM. if you have dual slot RAM and you have used both, try removing one. (or replacing it with another one if you have).
-If not, find a technician.
