Asus P7H55-M Pro USB post-hibernation issue

Specs: Windows 7, Intel i3 550 dual core processor / 4 GB DDR3 RAM
Hi, I've got this really annoying issue with my motherboard. After hibernation, the computer starts up normally, but USB devices do not function. I've noticed that the mouse's sensor light isn't on, and any USB drive/device I connect isn't picked up at all by Windows. Keyboard and sound still work though.

Is there a patch or solution to this, any help is appreciated, this is getting frustrating.

This is a desktop system? Turn off hibernation. That process was primarily designed as a battery preservation tool for laptops and it seems your motherboard is not fully compatible with it. I doubt you will find a solution unless there is a bios update available from Asus that addresses the issue. Don't do a bios update unless it specifically refers to your problem as there is a small but real risk of killing the motherboard if anything goes wrong during bios update.

Oh, forgot to mention, yes it is a desktop. Thanks for the help, it probably is my motherboard, as my brother's computer works fine after hibernating.
