ASUS P4S800D-X motherboard CMOS

Hi - Every few weeks the above motherboard loses it's mind, and boots up with a blank CMOS. I have to reset everything, then it runs again, for a while. I replaced the mb battery, but the symptoms persisted. It's not critical, but it gets on my nerves after a while. So, if anyone has any ideas, thank you so much in advance. mb

OK Looks like it's time for something new. I had a system that died, took it in, and 'they' replaced the mb with the above. Thanks again, so much. Don't know much about systems, but I 'play it forward' in other areas.
