CPU/Ram: Pentium D 805
Model/Manufacturer: ASUS P5ND2-SLI
Comment:
System does not POST with no display visible. LED green power indicator is enabled, cpu fan and system fans are enabled and are running. Have also removed and cleared CMOS battery and jumper settings but have been unable to access bios or boot up at all with nothing visible on working LCD monitor with using new graphics card ATI Sapphire Radeon x1650 PRO, processor Intel Pentium D 805 2.66Ghz and memory Crucial DDR2 240pin pc2 5300 1GB.

Disassemble the machine & benchtest the motherboard on a clean anti-static surface. You always want to do that .... it will save you time on isolating the cause of the issue -- if any.

It is a new build however the asus motherboard was purchased off ebay and i fear the seller may have sold me a dead board. No beeps are heard with or without the DDR2 memory installed.
