The ASUS K8V-VM is not an overclockable board. Even with the PLL info you're not gonna be able to substantially overclock your system using software. There's no voltage adjustments & no way to lock the PCI-e & PCI at their default speeds. Any increases to the CPU frequency will be minor before instability sets in.
