I installed a new ASUS A7V266-C motherboard which I put an Athlon Xp 1600+ into won't power up.I put my power supply into another computer and it worked fine in it,so the power supply is good..I checked the jumpers and everything seems OK.There is power to the onboard LED.Any ideas as to why it wont boot?

solved problem.Power connector from front of case was on wrong spot on motherboard panel.I failed to notice from manual that connector has a space between power conn. and reset conn.I just moved connector over one space and Bingo! BTW,why do they have that pin there if no one should use it?
