Yes I am.But i cant get help from asus support site.There is no really help for my motherboard.I also search help from other websites there is no either anything help.should i buy new motherboard?

Yes, there is...you just have to look for it.
Your board will support 266FB Athlon XP CPUs (Palomino, Thorton, or Thoroughbred cores) up to 2600+ but you MUST have PCB version 1.11 & at least BIOS version 1012.

make sure you only get the 266mhz fsb version CPU as some of these athlon XP cpus come in 266 and 333 fsb versions. for example most 2600xp cpus are 333 fsb which is no good for you (although I say it is no good, you might find it does work but only runs at three quarters speed which will defeat the object of the upgrade)
