Asigning letter to disk drive

my pc changed the letters of my disk.
i have 3 partitions.C,D,E
the letter of my C disk is D and the letter of my D disk is C.is there any way to change back to normal?i cant log in in my windows and the only thing that my pc does when i turn it on it trys to install windows in my "new" C disk.

Your PC wouldn't change drive letter assignment by itself. Tell us what exactly lead up to this. Did you install or re-install any operating systems?

Go into Disk Management and list everything you see there.

If you have only ONE hard drive with three partitions then you should see Disk 0 with the three partitions. List how they are defined and the sizes, type and format type.

You may need to expand to full screen to properly view.

of course it didn't change by itself.i made a format and now i 'm ok.
