Can you tell me what these components are like and if they are any good. Also what is what I am a bit confused :-S

Good is a relevant term. If you're just surfing the net, a Celleron is perfect for you. If you plan on doing some high end gaming or photo, video, audio editing, then a Celeron won't cut it.
What are you going to be doing with this computer? Knowing this would help quite a bit.

I am mostly using it for photo and maybe a bit of video editing. Not a huge fan of gaming but Sims 2 would be nice but I know it needs alot to run.

The extra dollars for a real Pentium would be well spent. The Pentium 4 relies heavily on cache RAM, the celeron is a P4 with less cache.

Gotta agree with Rimfire. for video editing and game playing, your going to want a full blown Pentium. I don't think the Celeron is going to give you the performance you want.
