I've had so many problems since three months after I got the Archos Jukebox 20 and Archos Tech Support hasn't been much help. I had a technician look at it to fix an electrical problem with it, but that didn't help much. It works to the point where, with some effort, I can scroll through the files. It's very glitchy, and the HDD goes off a lot. My warranty was voided after I had the thing opened up- although I thought it was already up. Turns out I had a year instead the 90 days it said I had on the website. If anyone can help, please do so...I'm not paying 100$ to send it across the country to take a month to fix.
