No idea, but like you said, you've got a number or two wrong.
searching for '1GB 533' on Samsung's site yields several interesting part numbers, such as:
K4T1G084QA
K4T1G084QM
K4T1G164QM
So it looks like the 6 in your K4T # is suppost to be a G
But it still wasn't found. Infact there are no '83Q.' numbers at all, and no '84QB' numbers either.
Double check your K4T # and then search for it here:

Using a powerfull magnifying glass this is the correct number

I have now found out it was bought from fastmemoryman off of ebay (a memory specialist with a lot of sales so i have emailed him to see if he can shed some light on it..)
