That graphics card is not compatible with your motherboard!

The Radeon HD 5450 has a PCI-Express interface, but the MSI MS-7312 motherboard does not have any PCI-Express slots, only standard PCI slots.

It looks like the MSI MS-7312 is aka the MSI K9MM-V. If that's correct, your board has an 8X AGP slot for graphics plus 3 standard PCI slots.

What type of video card are you looking for? The HD 5450 won't work in your system, but as an example, it's a decent low cost general purpose/HTPC card, but it's not much of a gaming card. It would help to know what you want to be able to do with it. Anything would be a step up from the weak onboard video though.

See suggest a card that has the following.
1. 1GB DDR2 Video ram

2. Pixel shading 4.0 (minimum)

3. Hardware TnL

4. a good GPU clock

Not for Hard core gaming but for WOW!! type games like Crysis,Prince of Persia two thrones etc

My processor is not that good even its a single core sempron le-1100 and so i want a card that take off all the load of graphics from my processor and make it free.
