whenever i open an application or have my screen saver active there is this odd, but somewhat quiet, noise that seems to come from the GeForceFX 5900 video card that i have in my computer. I determined this because i opened my case up and listened very carefully inside the case when i opened a program up and it seemed to be originating from the vid card. I was just wondering if this is normal behavior of the vid card or what i can do to fix it.
