Just got a set of Altec 641's and they are amazing.. I highly recommend these speakers to anyone looking for top quality sound from their computer. The problem I am having is I am getting alot of radio feedback from the rear speakers. I have tried almost everything I can think of. I have tried ferritt clips, plugging the speakers into different outlets, moving the speakers etc... I am out of ideas. If anyone has any suggestions I would appricite hearing them. Thanks in advance chris
my specs.... 2.4ghz intel,768 pc800 rambus, 80gb 10,000rpm HD, ati 9700pro all in wonder, SB audigy, Altec 641 speakers, all the bells and whistles. more info upon request.

Do you have a microphone on that could be causing it?

I do have a microphone, but the sound comming out of the rear speakers is a local radio station. I think it is PBS in AM, but I am not sure... I do have a RFI/EMI filter in my surge protector which is helping, but not a huge amount. Would thicker shielded speaker wire help? The speaker wire for the rear speakers is thin, and not replacable... I think I can take them apart though and re-wire them myself. Is it worth it? Or any other Ideas are greatly appriciated. Thanks Again Chris
