Is it a brand new PC or did you buy it used? Did you try calling HP tech support? I doubt it's the power supply or motherboard...if anything, it might be the CPU overheating, possibly a software/driver issue. Start by checking your CPU temp.

Hey,

thanks for the reply.

i don't think it's CPU overheating,

coz somtiems this happens to me after 02-03mins after turning the pc on.

and whats more, the CPU has two big fans.

maybe it's software problem, do yo uhave any

idea how to check if it's software or driver isuue?

thank for help.

Hi.

Check your motherboard for fat/busted capacitors around the CPU area.
Leaking capacitors are very common in old/bad mobos.
Unless this is a new computer then you sould RMA it.

Once upon a time the floppy disk was king.

Hi,

Dark666: ok i will check the capacitors,

but it's not old/bad MB. and what do you mean by RMA it?

fgdn17: thanks, but what should i find there?
how could i figure it out from there?

pls note that today while i was downloading MSOffcie it just restarted without presing any button.

I have ATI Graphic card, is it possible that it's driver making me this problem?

I do appreciate your help guys.

thanks a lot.

Haya.
