all cables but my computer don't start up

Specs: XP , celorun 1.3GHz / 1gig
I build up a celorun computer for my brother. I run the computer in the computer shop and put it in my home but don't run. I try again and again. At first I think my cable problem but when I set up another PC in this cable that PC start to run. I put my computer again to the computer shop. They try to start and they can do it on single try. they return my computer they said no problem, because they can run the computer. But I still cannot run it. Already two week is going on.

please give me any solution.

Have you actually seen that computer running in the shop, or is it just what the staff have told you?

Make sure you are getting power at the power socket you are plugging that computer in to. If it's getting power, try this:

Turn off the computer's PSU with the rocker switch at the back.

Press and hold the front power button for 15 seconds.
Release the power button.
Turn the PSU rocker-switch back to the "On" position.
Now press the front power button to start up the PC.
