I have an older alienware laptop w/ heat problems. The cpu used to overheat to the point of shutdown, but I've since applied Arctic Silver instead of the generic crap they used. AC solved the shutdown problem but the laptop still heats to an ungodly temp (94c on vid card.) I have cleaned the fans and exhaust. Still too hot. any suggestions are appreciated.

Vid card is a go5600 and the gpu is about 3" from the cpu. The bios Is locked and I cant alter freqs of the cpu or fsb to help my situation.

Nothing's broken until you choose not to fix it.
