The AIW 9700Pro/256bit is an awesome card. Where'd ya find it...they're scarce.
I'm not familiar with the X600Pro. Because of that, I'd personally go for the 9700.
Perhaps someone will come along with more knowledge.

Is this card for the system you list above. What speed AGP slot does your MB have. Your system seems to be fairly old. Verify the Below are the sytem requiremnts for the 9700. The X600pro is a PCI express card and won't work in your present computer. Intel® Pentium® 4/III/II/Celeron™, AMD® K6/Athlon® or compatible with AGP 8X/4X/2X slot card will even work in your MBoard.
Verify that your AGP slot is at least a 2x speed. You won't get the full potential out of thae card with your present rig.
ok im srry i forgot to mention im building a pc. Amd 3,000,1 gig ram, Mobo either agp 8x/4x or pci-e

I recommend going with a PCIe MB. Maybe even an SLI board just for upgradability. These boards are 64 bit so the processor you are thinking about won't work there.

How is it that a 9700 series card can't connect to you're monitor? 9700 can connect to any monitor. THey come with standaRD vga on the card and always ship with a DVI connector.
