Specs: Windows 7, e4500/4gb ddr2 800
Atm in my price range are Leadtek GTX 550 Ti OC 1GB GDDR5, 930/4100 (192bit mem), Gigabyte HD 6770 OC 1GB GDDR5 900/4800 (128bit interface) or Powercolor HD 6790 1GB GDDR5 840/4200 (256bit).
Im not sure in qualities of powercolor and leadtek so im in dilema which one to get. all cost the same but gigabyte got 3y warranty compared to 2y which i get for powerc or leadtek. Also there is possibility that ill be able to find Sapphire 6790 so whats ur advice guys?

The faster card is radeon hd 6790. Make sure u have good psu(alone hd 6790 takes 150 watts).

"i have coolermaster 600w so ill be fine"

It depends on which one you have. CoolerMaster has several different PSU series from low end to high end.
