to view alot of things i get a message that says you must install adobe flash player. i say ok and it always fails. there is another user on my computer that was able to do this.

to properly install the adobe flash, i have always had to resort to uninstalling it completely....then downloading a new install, and it works...otherwise just like u mentioned nothing happens...
