Hello, A year ago when the PC was still new I installed a USB card adding another two USBs for a total of 4. Now I am need to add two more for a wireless keyboard & mouse. Am I better off removing the USB card that I installed a year ago and replace it with one that has more USBs? OR Just add another USB card? OR Add a hub? What are the advantages / disadvantages?

Why don't you just use a USB hub? They are available powered and not powered. Not powered are fine for low current draw devices. Or you could upgrade to nForce2 MB. You get 6 USB with most of them.

go for a hub to run your additional USB devices and and replace the old 1.1 PCI card with a 2.0 USB + Firewire combo.
